Dr Nnaemeka is the Group Executive Chairman of SEFAPCOL. He is an Investment Banking Executive with broad experience in Equities & Debts Origination, Structuring, Execution, Syndication and Distribution; Project Financing; Correspondent Banking; Securities Trading & Treasury Management; and Private Equity Funds Management.

Dr Nnaemeka Obiaraeri

Mrs Elizabeth is a Member of the Advisory Board at SEFAPCOL. She is an investment banker; the first female stockbroker licensed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. She is an expert in the structuring, documentation, securitization, marketing of capital market issues and asset & liability management. She is a Special Trustee in Africa to the European Economic Development Council (EEDC).

Mrs Elizabeth Ebi

Mr Chukwu is one of the directors at SEFAPCOL. He is the founder of Cowry Asset Management Limited. He was a Deputy General Manager and Group Executive (Operations) of Spring Bank; Structured/Corporate Finance Executive at Guardian Express Bank; Deputy Financial Controller of Diamond Bank; & a Credit and Marketing Finance expert at intercontinental Bank.

Mr Johnson Chukwu

Mr Chinedu serves as one of the directors at SEFAPCOL. He is the CEO, PMR Group, Co-founder, Start-up Africa. He is a serial entrepreneur, a published author, and a Strategy & Investment Specialist. He has over 16 years of experience in Banking, Finance and Strategic Management. He sits on the Board of SEFAPCOL on behalf of the Abia state PPP office.

Mr Chinedu Nwogu

Mr Nwokoji is one of the directors at SEFAPCOL. He holds an MBA from the University of Calabar. He has over 13 years of experience in Investment Banking with a strong bias for Corporate Finance and Financial Advisory Services. He has worked with FBN Merchant Bank (Now FBN Capital Ltd); Oceanic Bank International; and Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank).

Engr. Sobechukwu Micah Ifemeje

Mr Ikenna Umezurike is the Managing Director at SEFAPCOL. He possesses excellent communication skills and is able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world. He has over 18 years of extensive domestic and global experiences in Agribusiness/Finance and enterprise management at very high levels.

Engr. Sobechukwu Micah Ifemeje is a business strategist, sustainability advocate, and cooperative development leader with over a decade of experience in agribusiness, agro-processing, and climate-smart agriculture. At SEFAPCOL, he oversees compliance and investor-focused strategies that drive transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth.

He is the Founder of Navitas Energy Resources and Navitas Farms and COO of Exportex Agro Solutions Ltd, where he has led initiatives in farm estate development, export logistics, and renewable energy for agro-value chains. He has also collaborated with global institutions such as the United Nations University – MERIT (Netherlands) and York University (Canada) on research in water security, climate adaptation, and migration governance. Beyond his corporate roles, Sobechukwu is an Ambassador for African Food Changemakers and a mentor with beVisioneers – The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, empowering young agripreneurs across Africa. At SEFAPCOL, he continues to bridge farmers and investors, positioning agriculture as a tool for food security, economic empowerment, and national progress.
